GOVERNOR SEYI MAKINDE SURPRISES OYO STATE CORP MEMBERS

The new Oyo State Governor-Elect Seyi Makinde aka "Omituntun" meaning "New Water" who succeeded Abiola Ajimobi has become one of the first governors to pay its state corp members before the end of the month. Corpers within the state were thrown into excitement as they received their N4000 monthly allowance from the state yesterday the 25th of June 2019, which was very unexpected, unlike previous month which they start receiving payment the first week of the new month. they also shared their optimism over the Governor elect Omituntun and hope that with this development the new minimum wage will soon become a reality.
